computerized calculations that indicate the square footage of
each possible combination, to help you understand how large your
choice of options might be. You may have a budget in mind.
You may have preferences of materials and systems. We have
a Quality Level selection method that could not be simpler.
Groups of materials and systems are categorized into a variety
of budgets, ranging from low to elaborate. We present and
review these with you. |

In this manner, in
round numbers, we can help you understand about what your dream home
might cost, based upon your choices and Lifestyle Plan that you are
helping us create. Our GIDDI system helps you understand a “today’s
ballpark” of what might be, based upon choices you make, with
