Soellner Architect has existing drawings for several home sizes that
may suit you, if you do not need or want custom home design
services. Some of these existing designs are completely done,
ready to go, others have been schematically designed and need to be
completed at our hourly rate; your choice. We offer reasonable
pricing for existing completed plans for one-time reuse, or
declining scale pricing for multiple reuses. Or, you may wish
to purchase existing plans, and have us make changes to them, which
we will, at our standard hourly rate. Note that if you are in
a state other than North Carolina and in a wind zone other than for
which the homes were designed, and terrain varying from that of the
site for the designed home, you should engage us or others in your
area to examine your local codes and your site, to insure that the
design is properly adjusted to suit your circumstances.
